Structurally, this is a whole new book. Most of the illustrations are new, and almost all of them are in color. Gone are the periodic multi-disease color plates that required you to page back or forth to see the illustrations of the disorder you were studying. To overcome this, we wanted to significantly increase their numbers, but couldn’t to the level we would have liked.
